Cocktail Bitters
What are Bitters?
Bitters are essentially extracts, or very concentrated flavors, usually containing a "bitter" ingredient.They often provide balance and round out a good cocktail. Bitters can also be added to club soda, tonic water, or any non-alcoholic drink to create a brand new taste experience. Bitters are to cocktails what spices are to cooking!
Current Flavors
Smokey Mountain Bitters -- Hints of smoke, dark spices, and pine.
House Orange Bitters -- A rich blend of citrus and spice.
Ginger Fig Bitters -- Sweet figs, spices, and a hint of star anise.
Island Paradise Bitters -- Rich fruits and tropical flowers.
The "C" Word Bitters -- Chocolate, Cocoa, Cacao. Peruvian cacao nibs and spices.
